The Developer, viz, Manjari Housing Projects LLP (wherein Godrej Properties Limited is a partner) as owners and being part of said Township, is developing 23 Hectares (approx. 2.3 lakh sq. mts.) of the land in the said Township (“said Land”). The sale is subject to terms of application form and agreement for sale.
